The Old Boiler House
The Old Boiler House is a lovely 1 bedroom home with its own patio and garden where you can truly unwind.
The house has a full kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and separate shower head and a bedroom with a small double bed and wardrobes. The house has underfloor heating and also has an air conditioning unit so you can remain cool in the summer.
We have provided reserved parking and step free access from the parking space to the house. All doors are 32″ wide so if you are using a wheelchair you should be able to move between all the rooms.
EV vehicle charging is available for guests initially on a trickle charge but a 7kw plug is planned to be installed.
