We’ve been making red wine since 2004 using Pinot Noir which is Paul’s grape of choice.  Our 2018 vintage is a cracker and is perfect with roast lamb and also works very well chilled.

Decanter World Wine Awards 2020 awarded our 2018 89/100 and a bronze medal

“Pale, clear ruby. Fragrantly spicy fruit on the nose. Sap and juice on the palate. Wonderful fruit! Sour cherries and red plums, sumac spice persisting through the spine. Slender, not an ounce of fat, and delicate sheer tannins. But it’s so fresh. You could chill this a little”. (TC)
